Story

The Plan,

I'm going to run to all the bothies in Eryri (Snowdonia) over 3 days each night staying in the bothies.

Day one The Mountains

50km 3400 meters of assent

Starting at Dulyn bothy then up onto the Carneddau, Glyders, and Snowdon and finishing off on the Nantlle ridge before getting a night's rest at Cae Amos both.

Day 2 As much as I can trails but more than likely road.

50km 1400 meters of accent.

Mainly road with hopefully some trails to help the knees

Day 3 Finding the last bothy

25km 700 meters

Put my navigation skills to the test on the final day and head to a bothie I have never been to.

When it comes to donations please feel free to donate to whichever charity feels personal to you. I have chosen this one as it has helped my family. Other organisations I would like to support are - The Bothy association & The outdoor partnership
