In memory of Fiona Keys
After 50 years of use, the animal accommodation at NAWT Beds is slowly falling apart. In the middle of a centre rebuild when our funds are stretched so far, our charity has been hit with a colossal (and unfair!)£23,000 water bill.

Story

Fiona had a love of animals since her childhood—from hand raising Guinea Pigs with her sister, to having her beloved Rambo, pictured  above – she always gravitated to them, and them to her

Fi would therefore be so proud that instead of flowers we’re asking for donations to the National Animal Welfare Trust in her memory

Based in Watford, National Animal Welfare Trust is one of the UK’s top animal welfare charities operating five rehoming centres across the south of England. Fiona had volunteered and helped out at the site, and was always on their website, looking  for a cat to re-home, but we (OK, I) always had a excuse as to why it wasn’t the right time…

I have set up this Just Giving page in her memory, and anything we donate from the 29th of November until the 5th of December will be doubled by a group of funders who have created a matched funding campaign, so lets make sure we make a real difference to the NAWT team
