I have teamed up with six friends to raise money for ABC - Action for Burns & Children.  Together we are hoping to raise £21,000.

We'll be cycling over 400 km across the southern tip of South Africa from the Tsitsikamma National Park to Cape Town during October.

Your donation will help reduce the long-term suffering of badly burned or scalded children. As a result of accidental fires, unsafe parrafin stoves, misuse of candles and incidents with hot water, burn and scold injuries are all too common for children in the improverished townships of South Africa.

ABC works alongside The Phoenix Burns Project, a South African based charity, to prevent burn and scold injuries and works to improve the quality of life for child burns victims within the Western Cape. Your donation can really help to make a difference.
