Hello,

This Saturday (26th March) I'm heading out to Mexico to do a gruelling cycle from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific, a distance of nearly 700km (I hope its flat though I've been told day three involves a 60km climb). Obviously its not just a holiday, and I'm raising as much as I can for Macmillan Cancer who have organised this amazing adventure!

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care.

So over the coming winter months I'll be donning the mittens and leg warmers and putting in the lonely miles on the bike around the London hinterland so I can be a Mexi-can not a Mexi-can't. Your support will help ease the pain - whatever you can give, big or small it is much appreciated and goes to a really worthwile cause.
