As many of you will know Maria and I have a son called Callum who has autism. Having a child diagnosed with autismis at first a great shock and then a great challenge to adapt your life around his needs. The KIDS charity provides activities for our son which also gives us much needed respite.

 Thousands of parents across the country are helped in the same way. Having gratefully received help we want to give something back and be a channel to help others - so we are running a half marathon in March. Please help us to help other kids and families in need by sponsoring us. For Maria this is a first ever half marathon. For me it's the first since 1989! Your support will make a massive difference.
