As you are all aware I completed my skydive in July. I have set up a rugby match on the 30th August at Swindon rugby club along with a family fun day. I also have a 5 mile run in October to complete.

This year I will be completing a 10,000ft Skydive, my first ever race in October (only 5 miles mind!) and a Reindeer run 5K race in December.

Many of my friends & family have been touched by Cancer of different types. 1 in 4 of those people have to travel 70 miles from Swindon to Oxford or 92 miles from Marlborough to Oxford just to receive the treatment required. That time could have been spent doing the important things. Spending time with family, friends and enjoying life.

1 in 3 people are diagnosed with Cancer. This means you or someone close to you will be effected by this awful disease.

Brighter Futures need to raise £3 Million to be able to provide a Radiotherapy service here in Swindon. Having this amazing treatment service onsite at GWH will improve so many patients, family members and friends quality of life. Facing the devastating stresses cancer brings is hard enough without having to plan how or who will be completing the next journey.
