Hi Everyone!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, i really apprecaite it!

I have set up this page in hope of reaching out to you all to ask for your sponsorship and support as i run the Leeds 10K on Sunday 20th July with 11 other of my work colleagues!

Those of you that know me very well, will know that even the shortest of walks can cause quite the tantrum, so for me to be volunteering to run for 6.5 miles, i feel it will be a great achievement and for an amazing cause!

The money i will be raising will be donated to The Forget Me Not Children's hospice, a wonderful charity that supports children with life shortening conditions and their families in the West Yorkshire area. They offer an amazing range of services from their hospice at home care to all the hard work that they put in at Russell House, their newly opened hospice building.

After recently visiting Russell House myself and seeing all the finer details and all the magic that they make happen there, i was truely moved and this spurred me on to get out there and help them make a difference!

The hospice need to raise £2.8 million each year to support the care that they give and with less than 5% coming from Government funding they look to people like us to help!

Any donation, however big or small will be so apprecaited and going towards helping make amazing things happen!
