On the 20th of June last year on Lady Captain's Charity day our fellow golfer and committee secretary Jenny B felt unwell. Initial diagnosis Bell's palsy. Sadly on further investigation it transpired that Jenny had an inoperable brain tumour. She has spent time in The Garden House Hospice and is currently there having her medication sorted out. We've all had friends over the years who have spent time being cared for in this serene and peaceful environment.
