Helen and Douglas House is a Children's hospice that provides support and end of life care to children with severe disabilities and life limiting conditions and their family.

As people may know we have used Helen House for Jasmine our daughter and they have been there and will continue to be there when we as a family need them. Without them we would find it hard to cope due to the level of Jasmine's needs so if you can give anything £1, £2 anything at all, please help us raise some money for this valuable cause.

I am going to be dragging myself through the horrendous bog of eternal stench amongst other things tomorrow so please make it worth it!
