Following the heartbreaking loss of our precious Charlotte Smith, we are setting up this JustGiving page to raise money for the Severn Hospice who cared for Charlotte and her family throughout her final days. 

Charlotte was the most caring and loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend that anyone ever had the pleasure of knowing. She lit up a room with her presence and wicked sense of humour. We are all so proud of the woman she was and are absolutely devastated that she has been taken so soon. She will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her but we are ensuring she lives on in memory and we will continue her legacy.

Severn Hospice gives specialist care and support free of charge to families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales who are living with an incurable illness and for however long they need it. Since 1989, they have given free care and support to more than 34,000 people and their loved ones during their time of greatest need. They now help more than 2,000 local people every year. 

We would like to raise money as a family for the Severn Hospice as they went above and beyond to ensure Charlotte and her family had the best care and support we needed during this heartbreaking time. The staff we met did everything to make Charlotte comfortable and filled a massive gap where the NHS didn’t. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us as a family!
