Our amazing father will shortly be under the care of Prospect Hospice receiving specialist end of life care at home.  

The demand for their services has increased over the last few months while at the same time vital funding has virtually dried up overnight. They are continuing to deliver specialist end of life care to local people but are struggling to find the funds to do this.

To combat this the charity is launching an appeal to raise £2 million to ensure its crucial services continue during this time and for the months and years to come.

As I am just about the only person I know who has failed with a daily exercise routine since lockdown, this challenge will be just that and I plan to run a full 5km by 23rd July 2020.  I am extremely grateful for your support. Thank you.
