As many of you know I recently lost my nanna to Dementia. Dementia is one of the cruelest diseases, and witnessing someone you love suffer from this is one of the hardest things I will ever come across in my life. I would do anything to have my nanna back with me again but I know that's not possible. I feel like by helping raise awareness for the Alzheimer's Society I'm doing something positive in my nanna's memory. On the 3rd September 2017 and the 14th October 2017 I'm going to be doing a Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society.
