I am going to be cutting nearly two foot of my hair off and donating it to the Little Princess Trust, any money raised will be in aid of Cancer Research UK. Cancer has affected many of those around me. My nan and nanna both had lung cancer, unfortunately my nan did not win the fight. 6 people close to me, including my mum, have recently been suffering from breast cancer. A little girl I taught to dance suffered from leukaemia. Thankfully my nanna, the little girl and those who are suffering from breast cancer are still alive, proving that cancer does not have to be a killer. Some of those had chemotherapy and lost their hair, others didn't. Cancer is something that affects most people, directly or indirectly, and is something that is still winning. Cancer Research UK is still working to beat cancer and one day they will. But not without help from us.
