This summer, children from our Dingley's Promise centres will be taking on individual challenges. Tied into their ongoing developmental targets, the challenges will be meaningful and beneficial to each child. We can't wait to see how they get on!

Emilia is 3 years old, she is autistic and faces many challenges including struggling with understanding, communication, social interaction such as taking turns and sitting still for any period of time. Dingleys promise have worked hard with her to help with this and have started to use picture cards to help Emilia try to communicate. In order to help Dingley's raise funds I will be working with Emilia throughout August to be able to take turns for at least 5 minutes and to make choices about what she eats using picture cards.
