After years of thinking about it and some gentle persuasion I have decided to do The Bupa Manchester 10K!!!!

 

I will be doing the walk...sorry run! to raise money for The Wellspring.

 

The Wellspring is a registered charity (1088776) based in Stockport, which runs a resource centre for homeless and disadvantaged people. The doors are open 365 days a year serving over 30,000 free meals to those who would otherwise go hungry.
