In 2019 Fine & Country Lancaster, along with the Fine & Country Foundation national charity, pledged to help support the Lancaster District Homeless Action Service  in their tireless efforts aiding those who are homeless, vulnerable or living in poverty in our local area.

Fine & Country Lancaster will donate £10 per valuation to The Fine
& Country Foundation to help combat the causes of homelessness.

Each Fine & Country office decides where their donations go: to the
earthquake survivors’ housing project in Nepal, to a local homeless charity, or into The Foundation grant pot.

Fine & Country Lancaster have chosen to donate the money raised from
valuations to Lancaster & District Homeless Action Service Ltd (LDHAS),
through The Foundation.

Furthermore staff members will be joining LDHAS in their annual sleep out on the Lancaster Town Hall steps on Saturday 23rd March, from 7pm to 7am on Sunday morning.

Help us raise money for this fantastic charity so they can continue the amazing work for our locals in need.

We are also planning in taking part in the Nether Kellet Bad Ass Mucker event in May so stay tuned!
