Welcome to the Just Giving page for Charlotte Reid, Crystal Barnes and Gaynor Fisher! Rather than set up multiple pages we thought we pool our efforts and ask for your help...

On Sunday 17th March, we'll be donning our trainers and joining 20,000 other people to run the Reading Half Marathon to raise money for a very special charity.

On the 6th January this year, Amelia Saunders (who went to school with our children) sadly passed away after bravely battling a brain tumour that ended her life when she was just 4.5 years old.  

Amelia's parents, Richard and Chantal fought every day to do what they could to save their little girl's life and keep her as happy and comfortable as possible.  They did an amazing job and have been an inspiration to us all. Their absolute dedication and their positivity was incredible and humbling but was truly exhausting for them.

During the last few weeks of Amelia's life, the family spent time in Naomi's House Hospice to get the support and care they needed not only for Amelia but also for themselves as a family unit.  They were truly incredible to the family and also provide such amazing support to families in our local area who face similar devastating situations.

Please dig deep and sponsor us to run the Reading Half - it hasn't been easy to get out there in the cold and wet and we've still got lots of training to do. Anything you can offer would be massively appreciated by us, the family and by Naomi's House Hospice.
