I am using my questionable status as a runner to raise money for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. 

Having a mum who works tirelessly to help poorly children and look after them, I wanted to try and give something back. It would be amazing to see how much we can raise for this brilliant charity. 

The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital provides specialist healthcare services for patients as young as newborns to 16 year olds throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally.The hospital sees 135,000 patient visits each year across a range of specialties including bone marrow transplant, burns, genetics, and orthopaedics..
The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Charity aims to make sure that all children are cared for in a happy, child-friendly environment as visiting hospital and meeting doctors and nurses can be a daunting experience for any child. This is done through creating non-clinical spaces within the hospital, such as play areas and chill-out rooms to support patients and their families and provide resources that make life a little easier.
The money raised will be used specifically, to help the hospital create an environment that's more child-friendly and provide state-of-the-art equipment for diagnosis and treatment.
