I am running the Bupa Great South Run on the 24th October,  a 10 mile road race around sunny  Portsmouth.

This is in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign which supports all the good work done by the Royal Marsden Hospital in particular research into new and more effective treatments for cancer.
