Story
Hello all,
On Saturday the 16th of July I am going to be completing a century enduro challenge bike ride as part of the Stockton Cycling Festival Sportive Challenge. This is a 100 mile course taking in various sites around Cleveland and the North East in one day. I have decided to do this for charity and after speaking with my friends Keith & Tracy Wilkinson we have decided that all monies raised will go to the Meningitis UK charity. Keith, Tracy and their daughter Chloe have recently been affected by meningitis with the sad loss of their much loved son & brother Kieran. The family have received support from this charity during this time & feel that its a great cause, as meningitis can affect anyone at anytime in life. The charity aims to find a vaccine that will eradicate meningitis and Keith & Tracy hope that any support we can all provide will hopefully help in this battle & fantastic cause. I'm positive the small efforts we can provide together will assist all the hardwork that the charity performs. And Tracy & Keith also feel that if we can all make an effort to stop another family from having to endure the loss & pain they are going through then this will be a worthwhile contribution from us all & another way amongst many to honour Kierans life.
Heartfelt thanks to each & everyone of you for your support
From Charlie & Keith, Tracy, Chloe
