So, once again dear friends, we are setting out on our annual charity hike in The Lakes. This year Glenys & I will be attempting a low level walk.  The event is organised by Graeme Chapman MBE and VOW (a wholesale office supplier), who have, over the 29 years of charitible work raised in excess of £1.3M.
