"Acorns Children's Hospice offers a network of specialist care and support to children and young people who have life limiting or life threatening illnesses, and their families. Services are offered at three regional children’s hospices: Acorns in Birmingham (located in Selly Oak), Acorns in the Black Country (located in Walsall) and Acorns for the Three Counties (located in Worcester), and through a Community Team who offer support at home. Children and young people can stay at the hospices for short breaks, emergency and end-of-life care. The Community Team gives support to the family 24 hours a day, every day of the year."
