Myself Zara and Vicky are doing the Bupa 10k run in Sheffield in aid of Cancer Research. As you will all be aware of this is a fantastic charity and needs as much help as we can give it. This disease has affected me and Vicki. Last year my Aunty T someone who means a lot to me contracted Breast Cancer and has been on a long road to recovery however, looks to have made a full recovery. Vicki lost both her beloved Grandmothers to cancer and will be running in memory of them. I would like everyone to help in any way they can whether it be big or small. The more we can raise, the further this great cause can go into finding a cure. We all may not have been affected by this disease however you will more than likely know someone who has and have seen what it can do. So please help us into raising as much as we can. Those of you that know myself, Zara and Vicky will know that we are not "fitness fanatics" or I may just be speaking about myself there, so please help in motivating us into completing the course in under an hour!
