This will be, potentially my fourth…wait for it: fifth ….. London for Fishing for Schools , and now Castaway our new fight against cancer initiative 

And last. (Well who is ever going to believe that !!!) 

Well not quite…… I feel better….. Running easier and I refuse to give in!!! 

I remember the first...I never thought I could run...well, I still can’t: not really...but those 26 “something” miles changed me ,and my personal course to being fitter and certainly in better shape to face the next few years. It was life affirming. 

And here I am, still running at 68, still reeling in the years and still having a ball. 

But I am determined to make this “virtual” count....and have fun with it. And help the thousands of young people within the Fishing for Schools initiative, and now Castaway.
