Having only properly taken up road cycling in the last year and having ridden to Tenby twice before on a 3 day jolly with mates its only right that I attempt to make it there in a day for a change! and if I can raise money for Marie Curie Holm Tower Hospice at the same time then it will make the experience all the more worthwhile.

I've been training but the longest I've  ridden so far is 77 miles so ill definitely get to Carmarthen... Please support me by donating and I promise to make it all the way!
