For my part, I'm going to consume less and get out more:

1. Instead of drinking them, I will auction off some of my best bottles of wine in the cause;
2. Put my body on the line with some sporting challenges, including the RideLondon 100 mile cycle in August; and, 
3. Dedicate more thought and action to the future of our planet, culminating in a Save-the-Children journey to the Himalayan Foothills in September.
