As many of you may know, Hannah past away on March 25th 2020. 

Hannah was an inspiration to all those who knew her. She had the biggest heart and the warmest smile. Despite the challenges that Hannah faced, she always put others before herself, and always set out to make sure that everyone was okay around her. 

On top of caring about those around her, she also cared about those in need, and especially animals. This is why I have chosen Last Chance Animal Rescue. 

I am setting out on a journey to walk 15 miles (The destination yet to be confirmed) to raise money for one of the charities Hannah loved, in hope to keep her spirits and good will alive. And I know she will be with me along the journey.
