On the 30th July myself, my best pal Tom and a group of friends will be cycling from Zurich, Switerland to Naples, Italy. A total of 1100 Kilometeres, which we are aiming to do in 10 days.
The driving force behind this cycle is that we are raising money for Beating Bowel Cancer (a UK charity). 
Bowel Cancer is something that has affected my family and me personally. My Dad is living with this day to day but thankfully he's beating it.
Thanks to organisations like Beating Bowel Cancer UK, my dad and others who are affected are able to live their lives and get the treatment that they need.
We are hoping to raise £200 as a small donation to go towards finding a cure and to help promote awareness for others. Like all cancer's, if bowel cancer is found and treated early it's removable - but without screenings and Charities like Beating Bowel Cancer UK with would not be possible.. please donate whatever you can, and spare a thought for us cycling up to 100 miles a day, over this Swiss mountains  and Tuscan Hills in over 40c heat.
