Thanks for taking the time to visit my 'JustGiving' page.  I don't think there can be many people who haven't been affected by cancer in some way.  On a personal note, the day we leave Lerwick, will be 10 years to the day that Dad died from cancer, so it'll be a very fitting and poignant start to our trip.

Training started about a month ago and I'm trying to get to the gym 4 times a week, plus out on the bike, but the gales are making that a bit difficult at the moment !  After the holidays, our weekends will be taken up with longer runs of up to 40 miles.
