I undertake a major charity challenge  every year, and this year my dog Bess and I are celebrating my 60th birthday, by running over 60 miles   (3 marathons),  completing each race in under 6hrs, flying over 6000 miles (running in 3 continents : America, UK, and South Africa) and raising £600 for 6 charities. Canine Partners being Bess's choice! WE want to support Canine Partners for Bess's friends who work so hard, caring for their disabled partners. Bess trains with me and she runs a marathon every week keeping me on track with times and pace, but of course she cannot run in the actual race.. but she  wants to do her bit, and so please donate, so she can support those wonderful dogs that give so much.
