We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

We're swapping our office chairs for lumpy saddles and sore feet as we walk and cycle over 120 miles from Liverpool to Shipley to raise money for the Princes Trust.

We'll be joined along the way by colleagues from Incommunities, the Chartered Institute of Housing and other housing associations from across the country.

For me this is a real challenge considering I haven't cycled since I was 10 years old on my chopper! I've already fallen off and Miles has been challenged to keep me out of the canal....

Miles and Cathy have a full logistics team comprising of Alan, who'll be doing many more miles ferrying the bikes to start and finish points, as well as providing blister plasters.

We're going to be funding all our expenses ourselves so every penny you donate will go to help the Princes Trust continue their work with young people.

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.
