My last little challenge for 2013 is to run the New York City marathon on November 3rd with my sister.  I'm sure I heard there were doughnuts at the finish line so what better motivation to run 26.2 miles?!

We're raising money for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund who do amazing work for RAF families.  They support all serving and former members of the RAF as well as their partners and children.  As a member of the RAF family myself I've seen first hand the great work they do.  Please dig deep and I promise to run my socks off!
