My daughter, Madeline, has in the last week been diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis type I and has developed a spinal tumour. This is currently being treated at Yorkhill Hospital for Children in Glasgow. She has received fantastic, timely treatment from a number of different departments within the hospital. The facilities for families and the kids are excellent and essential during these times and are not provided by the Government. We have met lots of kids and families in a number of different circumstances who all need supporting. So please support me during my run to give a little back. Catherine xxx
