To mark my Mam's 5th anniversary I wanted to do something to remember her by also giving to others. She was incredibly selfless and generous and is always remembered by friends and family for these qualities.

 I am cutting 12" off my hair on the 12th of December in her memory. My Mam taught me so much in the twelve years I had with her and constantly seeing her giving back to others has taught me so much about the importance of helping when you can. In cutting my hair I am giving it to the Little Princess trust for it to be made into wigs for children who have suffered hair loss through alopecia and cancer treatment. I know that my hair will mean so much more to them than it does to me. I am so lucky to have had such a kind and generous person in my life and I hope to follow the example she has set for us all throughout  my life.
