On 9th July we will be dropped at a castle somewhere in mainland UK, we will then have 36 hours to travel to various locations and attractions and get ourselves to regional headquarters in Birmingham. Part of the challenge is relying on others kindness to help us to get around, eat, drink and sleep!

We are strong believers that no-one should die unnecessarily due to not receiving first aid. This is why every year more than 400,000 people learn how to save a life through St John Ambulance training programmes. In addition St John Ambulance provide life saving first aid cover at thousands of events around the country.
