Well we completed it, the memory walk 2014. Me, my mum and Grandma took part and enjoyed every second. My Grandma did brilliantly and we raised around £300 which i'm rather proud of! So if you donated, thank you so so much, and if you haven't, well.. your on the right site! x

I have set up this justgiving page because a year ago my lovely Grandma, otherwise known as, 'Grannymar' to me, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She is such a strong lady who inspires me every day. My Grandma makes each day count, of course she has worse days than others, which i'm sure everyone will understand can be rather scary at times! however still manages to make us all smile and looks after us. The main thing for my Grandma is that whatever happens, she wants to stay in her own house. Raising money for this wonderful cause will contribute to things like this.
