This time last year I was only just starting to recover from my injury and learning to walk again.  My 9 year old grandson has every faith in me being able to do a little run into the cold sea for a quick dip on Christmas morning, and has volunteered to hold my hand on our mini little challenge.

We have  chosen the Foodbank as it supports families and individuals facing crisis; benefit delays, redundancy, bereavement, job loss, homelessness, sickness, low income. Nutritionists ensure food parcels contain sufficient nutrition for healthy, balanced meals. We offer a warm friendly welcome. No one judges.
