We did it!!  What a fantastic achievement - even if I do say so myself!

Very challenging - mainly due to the heat but we cycled with some incredible people, and will remember this for the rest of our lives. Such positive energy along the way, and fantastic comaraderie too. Lots of laughs and many new friends made. Cuba is a lovely place, very friendly people but also incredibly poor.

Well! A week today we will be riding our first 50 miles in Cuba...in 36 degrees of heat and possibly rain!

We have raised in excess of £10,000 for Women V Cancer which is amazing and fantastic. We couldn't have done it without the support of so many people and would like to thank you all sincerely.

We've been training regularly and enjoyed the lovely summer we've had on our bikes. The next big task is packing all our stuff into one bag!
