It's 10 years since I last did this! That was for the Alzheimer's Society. As I celebrate turning 60 at the end of October, if you were thinking about getting me a pressie  - please donate to Alzheimer's Research instead if you can - or even if you just think it's a good cause. No assumptions, no pressure and no worries if you prefer not to or aren't able to. 

It's also in memory of my dear dad Ken, who was taken from us so early at 73 by this heart-wrenching disease. And for everyone else who has lost a loved one to Alzheimer's.  No matter how small - anything you can spare would be much appreciated.
