Story
Thanks to the support from my family, friends and the wonderful skills of Mr Krishna (http://www.spinalsurgeon.com/) and the two operations he carried out in 2012 on my neck and back, I have been able to regain my mobility and, instead of completing the Great North Run in a wheelchair, as I have done previously for Disability North, I will be competing on my feet!
I can't guarantee to run or even jog much of the course. At the moment I can't even walk the distance but hopefully by September I will be able to complete it. My aim will be to get to the finishing line!!!
Anyone who knows me, knows that I will give it my best but I want to reassure everyone that I will be sensible and not jeopardise my health.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
