People have told us in the past to go take a long walk off a tall building, so we're doing just that!

In October Caroline and Mark will be abseiling off Derby Cathedral to raise money for the Derby Mountain Rescue service. It may not be the tallest building in the world, but Caroline is afraid of heights, so it's tall enough!
