The hospice at home service from Rowcroft provided amazing care for Caroline in her last days. They were available 24 hours a day and always responded to any request in a cheerful, helpful and positive manner no matter how late the phone call. They were kind and attentive to all the family and friends present, providing a constant reassuring presence and ensured Caroline’s last days were comfortable and peaceful in her own home. 

The hospice at home team are entirely funded through charitable donations and cover an area of over 300 square miles from Dartmouth to Dawlish on the south coast of Devon up to Dartmoor.
