For the past 39 years Carol and I have been running an annual sponsored ride which, over the years has raised more than £500,000 for various national and local charities. 2015 will be the 40TH SPONSORED RIDE and once again we will be supporting the excellent work done by The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The ride takes place over a 10 mile course across the beautiful scenery of Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park and to make it a bit more fun everyone dresses up in Fancy Dress. Before we start the ride there is a wonderful parade down Wimbledon Village High Street and after the ride we all meet in the Cafe Rouge for a fabulous lunch and presentation of the rosettes.
