Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am helping London Probation Trust raise £10,000 for the Cassandra Learning Centre. I personally want to raise £150 through a sponsored silence at work on June 28th. For anyone that knows me, this is a very hard challenge and will include managing a team of 15 and a daily briefing!

The Cassandra Learning Centre (CLC) was set up by a London Probation Trust Officer in memory of her daughter Cassandra, who was murdered by her partner.  The case was a land mark in legal history as it led to the abolition of the double jeopardy ruling.

The CLC aims to raise awareness and educate young people about domestic violence in young adult relationships and intends to offer options, advice and support to those who are in a violent relationship and to prevent others from entering into one.

Given that two women die each week through domestic abuse; it is a very important charity to support.
