We help children with disabilities to achieve their potential

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May 22nd my brother Andy, and I will be attempting to run the Edinburgh Marathon in aid of two charities, Brainwave and Sands.

My eldest nephew Harry has an amazing love for people and life.  Brainwave has helped support his mum and dad, Kirsty and Andy, in nurturing and developing Harry's potential over the past few years enabling his disabilities to become abilities.

I will also be running in memory of my beautiful niece Poppy who tragically died at just 8 days old in Dec 2009. The charity Sands supports families who have lost a baby(stillbirth and neonatal). Scott was going to be running for Sands but has recently had to pull out of the marathon due to injury so I will be raising money for both Charities instead, however we will be keeping Scotts page open if you would like to specifically give money to Sands- think of it as sponsoring me through him! http://www.justgiving.com/Scott-Munroe
