A TEAM fromAddaction Cornwall is training to take on icy waters, muddy pits, barbedwire  runs and more in the South West’slargest obstacle race Rock Solid.The six staffmembers taking on the 5k challenge in Exeter have bought an office exercisebike and can regularly be seen pounding the trails in the woods and roadsaround Liskeard preparing to push themselves to the limit.Addaction is oneof the UK’s leading drug and alcohol treatment charities, with bases acrossCornwall. The team isdoing the race on March 19 to raise money for the charity, which works withmore than 50,000 people to support them to recover from issues with substances.Operations managerCaroline Liney is leading the team, which includes team leaders Jamie Salterand Sara Frost, and recovery co-ordinators Ant Dwyer, Melissa Brown and EmmaCampbell.
