Alcohol has been a close companion in 2013 so I have decided to start 2014 off to a much healthier start, whilst also raising money for a fantastic cause with my friend Kev's team, Balls To Cancer!

My dad would be disgusted at the amount of wine I managed to quaff last year, although I think he would understand. So here is to doing something I know he would approve of!
