UPDATE

Sara and Bec completed the Triathlon despite the heat and both in under our target times. It was a fun day and we are pleased to have raised lots of money for the Pre-School. Unfortunately Caroline could not compete due to injury although she did all the training with us and came along to support. She will now have to do the more difficult Triathlon in September. A big thank you to everyone who has supported us.

We will be entering our first Triathlon on 27th May, to try and raise some money for our village preschool.  Being a small village it is  a struggle to cover the costs of keeping the preschool open, yet it is a fantastic facility offering an important service to families in the area.  We are trying to raise extra funds to ensure it stays open, and to pay for better equipment and particularly to improve the outdoor area.

This is the first time any of us have attempted a triathlon, so your support is much appreciated!  We have to swim 400m, cycle 24km, then run 5km - hopefully before the marshals have all gone home!
