Story
I am running North Downs Way 50 miles on the 21st of May.
As this is my first 50 mile run- I am hoping to raise some money for Kairos WWT, a local charity in Coventry working with women at risk of exploitation.
You can read about the experiences of a Coventry University student on placement with Kairos at their website https://kairoswwt.org.uk.
The North Downs 50 is a 50 mile race from Farnham in Surrey to the outskirts of London and the cutoff is 13 miles. It is is very hilly, which will be a challenge to someone based in Warwickshire.
I am also running the Longhorn Ultra (30 miles) on the 24th of April 22 as training and will let you know how I get on!
