For those of you who know me will know that I like a challenge and a conversation with my friend and current President of Swansea Bay Business Club, Hayley Davies, towards the end of last year resulted in me volunteering to join her in this cycling challenge to raise money for the very worthy charity Ty Hafan.

Although I try to keep fit I am by no means a avid cyclist and therefore some serious training is underway to ensure I make it through to the Eiffel Tower in Paris! Thankfully Hayley & I  have been joined by Sue Devane & Denna Exon in this challenge and between the 4 of us we will keep each other going to the end.

Whilst I fully appreciate charity  begins at home and no doubt you are frequently asked to donate to worthy causes and charities if you are able to donate anything to the charity we are cycling for both we and they will be extremely grateful in helping us reach our target.
